Pam married her soulmate and best friend, Denver-native Keith Owens, on September 11, 1998, and today they are also business partners as well as life partners. They are the proud parents of three children, three stepchildren, and they have the cutest grandson in the entire world. Pam and Keith met on a half-blind date (ask us!) in Ann Arbor in 1988.

Pam and Keith also have two rescue dogs who control their 97-year-old home in the Historic Boston-Edison District in Detroit.

Pam and Keith love reading, writing, music, home renovation, movies, hanging out with friends and family, and living in Detroit.

Pam is presently remodeling two of the six bedrooms in their home into her “woman cave”. The area will include space for Pam’s hobbies and passions, which include: reading, listening to and playing music (she has a new electronic keyboard!), yoga, sewing, needlework, and her various computers and gadgets.

A former college instructor and English teacher, Pam also has an extensive background in preparing and formatting research papers, theses and dissertations in accordance with a range of academic styles.  Her goal is to help her clients make the most positive and polished presentation of their ideas.  Her clientele includes graduate and post-graduate students, individuals and businesses from the U.S., Canada, the U.K, and seven other countries.  Pam has many effective working relationships with clients for whom English is a second language, and her facility with internet-based communications and collaboration platforms ensures easy access for clients regardless of location.

In addition to her extensive work as a teacher, instructor and curriculum consultant, Pam has a corporate background in technology sales and marketing upon which she can draw.  Pam writes on a wide range of topics and approaches each project as an opportunity to research, explore and learn.

Pam earned her BS/Special Education Certification and MA/Reading Specialist Certification from Eastern Michigan University
